Here are some cheats, and helpful hints for the game Grand Theft Auto 3
I know that there are many spots in the game were you get stuck. Thats why I have on this page Cheats, and info on were to find some of the cars that are hard to get.

*FULL HEALTH- R2, R2, L1, R1, left, down, right, up, left, down, right, up
*FULL ARMOR- R2, R2, L1, L2, left, down, right, up, left, down, right, up
*ALL WEAPONS- R2, R2, L1, R2, left, down, right, up, left, down, right, up
*LOTS OF MONEY- R2, R2, L1, L1, left, down, right, up, left, down, right, up
*LOWER WANTED LEVEL- R2, R2, L1, R2, up, down, up, down

HARD TO FIND CARS
As you may know some cars like the Mr. Whoopy car, secureicar, and others are imposible to find it seems. A really good hint for finding the Mr. Whoopy is to do firefighter missions until you end up saving one. If you do this later in the game after you beat the first island it is almost imposible to get because the mafia and triads are everywere and blow you up really quick. As for the other cars, you can find them just by driving around the stadium and eventualy the car you are looking for will apier at some time.
